Demolition Projects: Washington Hospital Child
Care Center Roldan Construction removed 28,500
square feet of 3” thick built up roofing material
to make way for the new structure that was to be built.
This material was applied directly to a concrete roof
structure. A 463 Bobcat with a special attachment removed
all material.
