The hospital wanted to take an exterior courtyard over an existing cafeteria and make it part of the interior of the hospital. This required removal of all exterior EIFS wall finishes, suspended EIFS ceiling system and concrete slab located above the cafeteria below. All work was performed adjacent to and over an operational part of the hospital without disruption to the hospital or its patients. |
